Engineered Wood – Sample Batch

At Wood & Styles, we aim to provide reliable and transparent delivery service for your flooring orders. Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order:

🚚 Delivery Zone

• We currently offer delivery within a 50-mile radius of our warehouse located in San Jose, California.
  
• Deliveries outside this zone are not available at this time. Buyers will be responsible to pick up at the warehouse by appointment.
  

📍 Curbside Delivery – Unloading Not Included

• All deliveries are curbside only.
  
• Our delivery team will not unload the flooring materials from the truck.
  
• It is the sole responsibility of the buyer or their designated contractor to unload all flooring products from the truck.
  

⏱️ Unloading Window

• You will have a 30-minute unloading window once the truck arrives at the destination.
  
• Please ensure that adequate help and tools (e.g., pallet jack, forklift, or labor) are available at the delivery site to unload the product safely and efficiently.
  

⚠️ Failed Delivery Policy

• If no one is present or able to unload within 30 minutes, the truck will return the product to our warehouse.
  
• A delivery fee will be charged, and re-delivery will require rescheduling with additional charges applied.
  

🔍 Final Checklist for Delivery:

• Make sure someone is available to receive and unload the order at the scheduled time.
  
• Have the necessary labor and unloading equipment on-site.
  
• Inspect products immediately for any visible damage or shortage and note it on the delivery receipt.

90 Days

Most merchandise can be returned within 90 days with proof of purchase to Wood & Style unless noted below. Wood & Style reserves the right to decline returns where a product does not have a manufacturing defect but has been damaged by the customer, or to prevent fraud or abuse. 

Samples purchased are non-returnable.

For all approved returns:

• Returns within 90 days of purchase will be processed by the same method of payment from your original purchase.
• Returns over 90 days from purchase or without an original sales receipt will be processed to merchandise credit.

ORIGINAL PACKAGING REQUIRED FOR RETURN

Returns must be unopened and in their original purchased packaging and quantity, for example if flooring is purchased by the box it must be returned by the box. 

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Once a product has been installed, it cannot be returned. Wood & Style is not responsible for product defect or damage, property damage or lost labor costs due to faulty installation. Claims for damage or shortages must be made upon receipt of product. Thoroughly inspect all products before installation as use will constitute acceptance of the product. Installed flooring is considered the property of the owner/installer and cannot be exchanged or returned for any reason.

Orders cancelled prior to shipping can be cancelled without penalty and refunded in full, including the cost of shipping. The customer is solely responsible for all outgoing, return shipping costs, and restocking fee of 25% of original purchase price once the order has shipped. 

DO NOT REFUSE ANY SHIPMENT. If a shipment is refused, Wood & Style will charge all applicable shipping fees and restocking fees equal to 25% as part of the return.
